Folic Acid is an important member of the B-Vitamin group that is necessary for cell replication and growth. It is recommended prior to and during the first trimester of pregnancy for healthy foetal development and reduced risk of neural tube defects.

DIRECTIONS

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as professionally prescribed.

Individuals with epilepsy should take this product with care as it may interfere with anticonvulsant medications. Consult your health care professional if taking medications or suffering from a medical condition before supplementing.
