A rich source of vitamins, minerals and gamma-linoleic acid. It supports natural vitality and soothes dry, itchy and flaky skin. It is also useful for balancing menstrual and menopausal cycles. Certified organic and GE free.
Product uses
Take 5 drops daily, best added to muesli or a bread crust. Very neutral taste.
Skincare
Add up to 5% (i.e. up to 5ml if your final blend is 100ml) of Evening Primrose oil when blending your facial oils.
Skin irritation
A nurturing oil to apply to sensitive, dry and itchy skin.
Salad Dressing
Add 10mls to your pre-made 1L salad dressing, keep refrigerated. Use daily.
