Artisan Kelp Seasoning (Garlic) (45g)
Our artisan kelp range is made with a blend of kelp seaweed, harvested from the pristine waters of the north island of New Zealand and dried naturally to preserve nutrients. It's then ground into granules and either smoked or blended with non GMO flavourings. Gluten and dairy free. Our Chilli Kelp was awarded a Silver medal at the NZ Artisan Awards in 2022.
Use to season during or after cooking. An excellent, lower sodium alternative to regular table salt, and briming with minerals and nutrients. Dry rub on meat or fish or add to marinades.

Sizes: Try the 45g jar or refill size of 375g. Smoked Kelp is only available in 1kg bags at this stage.
Excellent source of iodine.
DIRECTIONS
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Seaweeds are hygroscopic (absorb moisture from the atmosphere around them) so please seal securely once opened.
*there is a small amount of a raw, unprocessed sugar in some of the seasonings, simply to carry flavour. When compared to other seasoning products there is significantly less sugar in our seasoning range.
