Dulse adds a unique smoky and salty flavour to foods. It is commonly referred to as the ‘vegan bacon’.  Dulse is visually striking ~ a vibrant purply colour. It is rich in a variety of micronutrients which are essential for optimal health.  Many use delicious seaweed in detox smoothies but it has use far beyond the simple smoothie! It's an everyday, extremely vesatile and delicious seaweed.

We work with harvesters operating in an organically certified area. We test our seaweeds for contaminants according to the ANZ Food Code.

Storage: Dulse is light sensitive and may lighten in colour if exposed to sunlight for extended periods of time.  Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.  Seaweeds are hygroscopic, meaning they absorb moisture from the air, so seal securely once opened.
