Psyllium contains mucilage which swells with water, providing the benefits of fibre for helping to maintain healthy bowel function and normal elimination.

DIRECTIONS

Adults: Take 1-3 capsules two to three times daily, followed by two to three large glasses of water, or as professionally recommended. Take especially when fibre is low in the diet, or during a cleansing programme.
